Deaths Dr. Frank Clelland Dr. Frank Clelland, 91, Phoenix, formerly of Kansas City, a seminary teacher and an assistant pastor of the Shawnee United Methodist Church, 10700 Johnson Drive, before he retired, died Thursday at a hospital in Phoenix. Dr. Clelland was graduated from Missouri Wesleyan College, Cameron, and from the University of Chicago.

He taught at Missouri Wesleyan before leaving in 1921 for Boston University, where he later was appointed dean of the School of Religious Education. He later taught at Bangor Theological Seminary, Bangor, Maine, and at Gammon Theological Seminary, Atlanta, before he retired in 1956. He was assistant pastor of the church in Shawnee before moving to Phoenix in 1966. Dr. Clelland was born in New Hampton, and had lived here 10 years.

He leaves two sons, Frank Clellan. Phoenix, and Robert Clelian, Rochester, N.Y.; two daughters, Mrs. Bonnie Jean Williams, Minneapolis, and Mrs. Rosalie Hyde, Wooster, Ohio; a sister, Mrs. Martha King, Albany, and 11 grandchildren.

Agnes Schoonover Mrs. Agnes Schoonover, 8425 W. 55th Terrace, Merriam, a fouth-grade teacher at Junction School, Kansas City, Kansas, died Thursday at Shawnee Mission Hospital. Mrs. Schoonover was graduated from Kansas State Teachers College, Emporia.

She had taught at Junction School 14 years. She was the wife of Eddie E. Schoonover of the home, a mathematics teacher at Pembroke-Country Day School 32 years. She was a Methodist. She was born in Admire, and had lived in this area 32 years.

She also leaves a son, Roger Schoonover, Huntington, W.Va.; two daughters, Ms. Jan Schoonover Peterson, Denver, and Ms. Joan Schoonover, Merriam; a sister, Mrs. Mary Burns, Admire; her mother Mrs. Edna Lewin, Emporia, and a grandson.

ARMSTRONG William H. Armstrong, 59, of 482 Tullis, died Wednesday at the General Hospital. He was born in Olathe and had lived in this area most of his life. Mr. Armstrong was a mechanic and operated the Armstrong Auto Electric Company here.

He was born here and had liven in Tucson 16 years. Mr. Finkelstein was a education teacher at Picacho School, Tucson. He formerly was a volunteer in the swiming program of the Northeast Johnson County Chapter of the Red Cross and was active in the Boy Scouts of America. He attended the Kansas City Junior College and was graduated from the University of Arizona.

He formerly was a furniture salesman here. He was a Marine veteran of World War II. He was a member of Congregation Anshei Israel, Tucson, and a former member of Congregation Beth Shalom here. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Addy Finkelstein; two sons, Michael Finkelstein and John Finkelstein, and a daughter, Michelle Finkelstein, all of the home, and a brother, Sidney Fink, Prairie Village.

Gleason, 84, Ottawa, formerly of Kansas City, died Wednesday at a hospital in Ottawa. He was born in Mount Ayr, Iowa, and had lived here about 10 years before moving to Mound City, Kan. He moved to Ottawa in 1954. He was a distributor for the Standard Oil Company before he retired. Mr.
