What’s in Beyond Beef Crumbles?

It’s a vegan product that’s a great substitute for beef when you want to veganize some old family recipes.

The. ingredients are water, pea protein, expeller-pressed canola oil, rice flour, spice, natural flavor, tomato powder, contains 0.5% or less: sugar, potassium chloride, citric acid, and salt.

If you can’t find it or you want to use something more whole food try one of these:

  • Pressed tofu crumbled
  • Steamed tempeh, crumbled
  • Minced sauteed mushrooms
  • Cooked lentils
  • Another brand vegan ground that doesn’t need pre-cooking
